• Food – Verification that application has been made for food stamps (if required). If eligible, you can be assisted only once every three (3) months at maximum. (This may vary by location according to the location’s capacity.)

• Clothing Assistance – If eligible, two (2) changes of clothing will be issued for women and children, or one (1) change of clothing for a single male.

​

• Furniture Assistance – A Fire report or proof of disaster is required. American Red Cross should be contacted first. Priority is given to Red Cross referrals.

• Rent Assistance – If eligible, rental assistance is for one month and one time only, and a past-due notice or eviction notice is required. The landlord must also complete the rental assistance form.

​

• Utility Assistance – You will need three forms of identification and a current, original utility bill.

​

• Shelter – You must be homeless. You will be given the time that shelter registration time is available.

​

• Prescriptions/Medical Assistance – You will need an original prescription or the number of the pharmacy where the current prescription in on file.
